  • Where can I find pricing for invitations, save the dates, etc.?

    Every stationery suite is custom curated to each bridal couple, therefore, right on my website located on the "Packages" tab, couples can see what packages I offer. To receive pricing for a package or custom curated package, please contact me through my website or via email at AlexSun@PoppyStationery.design. My pricing allows couples to build their unique stationery packages that fit their personal stationery needs. 

  • What is your turnaround time?

    After all proofs are approved by you…


    Digitally printed wedding invitations take 2 weeks to produce. Letterpress and foil wedding invitations can take up to 4 weeks to produce.


    Day-of stationery takes 1-2 weeks to produce and ships afterward.

  • Can I use my own invitation wording?

    Yes! All wording is fully personalized to your liking with your wedding information and details. 

  • Do you offer fully custom designs?

    Yes I do! In fact, fully custom designs is all I offer. If you see something from a previous design that you like, I will create something that fits your unique love story with touches from the suite you referenced. Every design is created specifically for each of my couples and I like to make sure they are one of a kind, therefore, I do not off semi-custom or templated designs. 

  • Do you offer venue sketches or custom illustrations?

    Great question, the answer is YES. I absolutely love doing venue and custom illustration. If you're not sure what kind of illustration you'd like, no worries! You can always schedule an appointment with me and we can talk more about your wedding day vision.

  • Can you color match my wedding colors?

    Absolutely! Once you have your wedding colors chosen, I will personally color match everything to make sure your stationery is consitent and cohesive to your color scheme. 

When to send wedding invitations: A stationery timeline


12 months out

                                                                         》Determine your budget (what is a priority and what is not? everyone’s budget is different,

                                                                         》Draft a guest list (remember, your invitation count is by household and your guest list is

                                                                            by individuals)

                                                                         》Hire a wedding planner (if your budget allows it or you need it for your sanity)

                                                                         》Decide an overall theme and color scheme

                                                                         》Plan an engagement photoshoot

                                                                         》Start designing Save the Date cards


10 months out

                                                                         》Mail your save the date cards

                                                                         》Start thinking about your Wedding Invitation Suite's needed items, design and feel

                                                                         》Start designing your Bridal shower invitations (note: a bridal shower can happen anytime

                                                                            before the wedding but is traditionally done between 3 months and 3 weeks before

                                                                            the wedding)


9-8 months out

                                                                         》Start designing your Wedding Invitation suite.


6 months out

                                                                         》Mail your Bridal shower invitations


5 months out

                                                                         》Finalize the design and order your Wedding Invitation suite (make sure to order 5 to 10

                                                                            extras to account for unexpected guests)


3-4 months out

                                                                         》Mail your Invitations (Tip: if you are having a destination wedding, mail them at least 

                                                                            4 months before the wedding)

                                                                         》Your rsvp should be due one month before the wedding


2-6 weeks after the wedding
